Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Home is where the heart is

The staff and Maintenance team are amazing! I love my apartment but it feels as though in the last year a lot of loud, rowdy people have moved in. It use to feel like a warm atomosphere and a higher class of living but not so much anymore. The pool is always over crowded on weekends like the kids have taken it over. I would suggest a larger pool or two for such a large community. Also a second club house would not hurt. I think ring door bells/cameras on tenants apartment doors vades my personal privacy rights as you can record everything I do and say... if they want a security system fine but those ring door bells should not be allowed. I eould like to nice seating benches at the ponds to sit, fish and enjoy... The gates are a nightmare and hardly ever work. We pay for gated service but never get it. The best part about South city is their staff !!!

Beautiful grounds & great staff!

I feel right at home living here. The staff are responsive and maintenance fixes anything you beed quickly. The grounds are beautiful with great walking paths and dog friendly. The pool and gym are the icing on the cake!

Haven’t had any big issues and the maintenance team came same day for some small issues. Beautiful property and fairly priced rent for the nice place you get.
