The location is very good when you learn the roads to avoid. Older apartments, so unwanted pests are an issue. Sticky traps and a clean apartment have kept them to only occasional visits. Maintenance fellas have been great. Office manager has been useless. On three separate occasions I went to the office with questions re: parking, "monthly" inspections, and the pool. The first two she had no answer and said she would get back to me. She did not. The pool has been down for a month or more, and when I inquired as to the date it would reopen her reply was "we don't have a timeline". That was it.. no explanation, no reduction in rent to lost amenity usage. (and the pool table in the party room is trashed also). Neighbors are pretty quiet in my bldg. no issues with them or others. The garage is a pretty good deal using ppsf.

Amazing place to call HOME! This place has wonderful staff members (front office & maintenance) who go over beyond not only to make your stay here comfortable but to plan events for the residents to enjoy. I had the pleasure of living here for 2 years and if I was not relocating to NC, I would DEFINITELY be renewing my lease! I highly reccomend Visra Sands to anyone! Lastly, it is in a GREAT location! EVERYthing you need: groceries, restaurants, movie theater, shopping outlet, and so much more…..including the highway!??

Maintenance is timely when requested. Pool shuts down for goose with no compensation to residents.
