Great place to live!

I moved here in Aug 2023. My stay has been pleasant for the most part. The amenities need a little updating, the walk-around at the lake in the back of the complex could use regular cleaning, considering that residents DO NOT clean up after their pets (DESPITE all of the trash bag stations that are located throughout the complex). I'm convinced that maintenance does their absolute best given their limited staff (though I'm STILL waiting (since Aug) for the light fixture to be added to the livingroom ceiling fan). Office staff are very pleasant and customer-service oriented. Overall, I've enjoyed my term and plan to renew my lease (depending on the price increase that I'm sure will come).

Overall nice place

Overall nice place. The location is excellent, and the maintenance staff are very prompt when there is an issue. The staff are helpful and polite. The grounds are maintained weekly, and the pool is very nice. They could have more events.
