Link Mixson Review
The link mixson is an overpriced run down community. The location is in a good spot. Very close to oark circle and great side walks. However, when my roomate and I moved out the land lord contacted us and told us that they disxovered a leak behind our kitchen sink snd it caused water damge ro the cabinets. They needed to remove the cabinets and they filed a claim wirj my renters insurance for negligence. Niether my roomate or i ever saw any water damge in our old run down kitchen cabinets. The leak was a structural leak behind the wall and their is no way we could have seen it. They still tried to blame my roomate and I for not “reporting the leak in a timely mannor”

Great Community, Average Apartment
I've only just moved in, but the staff & community are amazing (friendly, helpful, good amenities, parking, layout, etc.). I think the phase 1 apartments are a little strange in some ways. For example, the refrigerator & oven are both small, open shelves leads to lack of adequate cabinetry, and I wish there were at least Juliet balconies for the price - but the location is wonderful.
