Lot of BS
Gates are always broken. Can't leave on foot without a special access card; office doesn't want to give all renters an access card because "it's expensive". Literally nothing is done about abusive criminal neighbors. Advertised price is a lie, as there are lots of extra fees. Utilities are billed through a 3rd party provider, which is never explained unless you specifically ask, and an extra fee is charged for this 3rd party provider, even though the office chose to use it (so it's a fee for the "convenience" of paying a fee).
