Just a shade below "Luxury" living

All in all I have few complaints. Based on my living experience though, Regency comes up a bit short on the "Luxury" scale. These days Security is a joke when there is often no front desk staffing on weekend evenings and access gates are raised. The fact that anyone can walk on to the property is an issue in itself. The highway fence doesn't exist. My only note for Maintenance is that I do wish they would empty the outside garbage cans more often, especially in the bbq area.

I have lived at the Regency Plaza for two years. I love the location and the calmness of the community. The staff is so nice, and they take the time to get to know residence.

Very Quiet

I really love living here. The amenities are super nice and the staff is incredibly friendly. It is also the first apartment I’ve lived in where I have quite literally never heard any of my neighbors, and I know several of them have dogs. My only complaint is that sometimes maintenance orders can take a little while to be completed.
