I have been in the property for more than 2 years. I really like the location and the cleanliness of the facility and the gym availability. Parking and the noise could be the only 2 issues that I could think of. Parking spots are spacious however I think sometimes there would be non-resident people parking in our parking lot and taking up the space, especially toward midnight, which makes it harder for us to find a spot. Some car would also take up 2 spaces instead of one or park on both spots. Noise would be another issue that I hope to have some improvement. We could always hear the upstairs people talking when it's loud and hear their foot steps and whenever they move their chairs (I believe they might have the rolling chair). It is an issue for us because we have a baby in the house who sleeps/naps quite often. Last but not least, I appreciate the maintenance team's efficiency and care of our apartment.

Great location and amenities. Management & maintenance are superb. Depending on the neighbor, noise can become an issue, but overall amazing place to live.

I think the location of the apartment is one of the strengths being close to the downtown area. The parking garage is great if there are available spots. The downside of this apartment is the noise from neighbors, both horizontally and vertically, as being around with too many students. Another noise is from the train station with the train passing by. One thing that I would recommend the apartment is because Station Row has very nice and friendly staff and is also well maintained with the packaging system, trash system, and the decorations at the front and cleanness of the building. However, the noise and the price/rent would be the two factors that would make me think twice when applying for the apartment.
