Lived here 3+ years. Apartment interior is great, good materials, classy. Hallways and common areas are always clean. Staff is attentive and friendly. Emails go out when there's a disturbance (smoke smell, pet issues, trash, etc.) Surrounding area isn't great, but has staple business close-by (gas station, grocery, take-out)

Everyone I’ve met has been wonderful! My Girlfriend and I love the loft style apt, and are very excited to make it our own! The staff is also super friendly and always ready to help us with whatever it is we need!

Theodore Cook Jr - The Harris Mill Lofts is an excellent Loft community offering great amenities, and large apartments. The staff are wonderful to work with, and the neighborhood is quiet.

I have lived at the Harris Mill Lofts for almost 5 years now, and it has been nothing but a pleasent experience. The staff has always been so kind and accommodating and has made any and every transition as smooth as possible. No matter what issue I have had in my stay here, it has always been promptly addressed and I have always felt at home.
