Great team, subpar sound proofing

I would definitely live here again for the convenience and space. The issue is that the units are not that soundproofed, so you can hear a lot going on above you. No issues if you live on the top floor, I'm sure.

Great Choice for student

Great Location in PVD

We have been in Chestnut Commons for over 3 months now and we have been ultimatley pleased with our experience. The staff and maintenance folks have been friendly and prompt in their service. The gym in the building is immaculate. There is however some noise to deal with, with any downtown location, with bars and clubs nearby, and the waitlist to park at the building is quite long. With all being said, would recommend Chestnut Commons.
