Pilgrim Park is a nice, neighborhood location. The apartments, themselves, are nice. Maintenance responsive and nice and the grounds well maintained. Amenities such as washer & dryer system could be maintained better and updated. Other benefits are concentrated at the main site, but the quietness of Pilgrim is worth the trade. Leasing company is a stickler for details, but staff provides decent customer service.

This place is OK. Very dog friendly however our dog was attacked by another dog. Neighbors are loud . Rooms get nice natural light and some have a deck.
