Cute apartments in a great location, but very noisy both inside and out. Parking can be an issue, and snow removal is horrendous-bring your own shovel. The high rent doesn't match the lack of amenities-no pool or gym, outdated coin-operated laundry, and very basic landscaping that focuses more on the areas around the office and those visible from the road. The advertised view is obstructed by one of the most-used dumpsters on the property, which detracts from the overall appeal and is conveniently missing from their photos.
