No issues with anyone or anything, easy access and parking

Lived here about a year. We weren't allowed to use any amenities at the other properties that Picerne owns. There were no amenities for this location. Rent was $2,400 for a two bedroom with washer/dryer in unit. We had 2 AC units that hardly worked and maintenance wasn't allowed to do anything besides get us a different AC unit that also didn't work. Maintenance wasn't allowed to do much of anything to help, actually. So not only do they not treat tenants properly, but they don't treat their employees too well either. It's upper management I have a problem with. The people we spoke with and were able to reach did as much as they could without breaking any rules. Don't go through Picerne. Garbage company.

We're in our 6th year here and love it! The one problem we have is the outrageous rent hikes EVERY year, so unfortunately they have priced us right out of being able to stay here. The rent goes up every year but our fixed income doesn’t.
