Great property but it depends on your floor
I have lived here for more than 1 year. Overall it's good. Not too expensive for the location, the amenities and environment. But I can hear my upstairs neighbor's footsteps in my bedroom and sometimes car noise early in the morning. If I can live on the top floor, this would be a perfect rental for me.
