Spring Ridge Review

This is a really nice place to live. It is a little bit more on the expensive side, but it is manageable. The location of Spring Ridge is great because you don't have to go far to get to certain places or activities you would like to do. The maintenance and staff are great. They are nice to talk to, and the requests are usually completed within a day or two. They have many things for you to do at the apartment, including a tennis court, a pool, a basketball court, and a gym. Again, Spring Ridge is a very nice place.

It's overpriced for what we receive

Parking has been a issue here when guest can take spots from people who live there at anytime and you who pay to live there have to find parking there should be assigned parking spots you also don't have complete control over your ac unit it continues to go out when you have a maintenance request it barley gets addressed the constant smell of weed threw the vents are ridiculous the had a lawn crew come through and we all had muclh on our cars the snow removal is abysmal

Calm Environment

My boyfriend and I have lived here, in a one bedroom apartment, for almost 5 years. We chose to live here because it was a quiet and safe neighborhood. One of the things we love most about the apartment is a washer and dryer right in the apartment. In addition, the pool, gym, and tennis courts are basically right outside our front door. I've never had a problem with management and maintenance is always fast and accommodating. We love it here!
