We are extremely happy with Sharples. The apartments are unique and full of charm. The staff are excellent and respond quickly when called. Another plus is the location. You are two blocks away from the bustling town. Easy to walk. It amazes me how quiet it is being so close to the restaurants and stores. There is also a lovely park nearby where you can enjoy nature. Another plus is the fact that animals are allowed for a fee. My neighbors are friendly and span different ages. I highly recommend Sharples if you are looking for the in- town experience.

Love the location. Walking distance to the West Chester borough. Apartments are very quaint. Lots of parking and very quiet. The staff is amazing and maintenance is always responsive. My neighbors are nice and the staff is helpful and friendly. I have lived here for over 2 years and I love it here!
