Ive been here for about a year and its nice and quiet. No real complaints. Neighbors are nice. Parking is easy. Love it here.

My boyfriend and I moved in three months ago and we’ve been loving this community every day. The maintenance is on top of things, we are very close to shopping in exton and west chester, and we love using the gym and pool.

I’ve been a resident at Corner Park apartments for over 4 years now and couldn’t have picked a better community myself.
Just OK
Not enough guest parking; Amenities not on property; bathrooms in clubhouse and gym not daily cleaned, especially with the continued pandemic; rate as high as a rental that has hard wood floors, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops; these units are void of those features; I can clearly hear neighbors air-conditioning like it is my unit; plumbing very poor also - I can hear neighbors pee, flush toilets and taking showers; and I cannot get cold water - water is luke warm no matter how I turn the faucet to figure it out. Location is good, and Linnea is great!
