Living at the Wessex House Apartments

Its very quiet and we love our balcony. Elevators are a bit slow and cant tell if buttons have been pressed while inside. We have a lot of space for a decent price. Just wish there was a fitness center And the underground parking was a available.

Great location for a great price

To start, the staff is wonderful and maintenance is quick. The parking lot is bot large enough to accommodate even half the apartments in the building. There are not many extra ammenities for yhe staff are thoughtful when they do add thibgs to the property or schedule events. Overall its been a good experience so far!

Looking good

We moved a few days ago. The building is been renovated and it is looking good so far. Some little issues related with on going construction but otherwise good. It would be great if they can add some amenities on the back yard and maybe a gym. Storage spaces would also become very convenient and covered parking should be included on the rent. Location is great and the neighborhood is very convenient and updated compared to the "classical" and closer to the city main line. I hope that once fully renovated, the building turns out to be a great place to live.
