This apartment is very nice. The building itself is old. So windows, leaky pipes and warped floors. The renovations that were made are very much appreciated and the staff are great to work with. It will not happen while i'm here most likely, but if these problems can be fixed it will take time. 3.5/5

Great location for Penn students - any part of campus accessible within 15 minutes. Staff are friendly and helpful and the pool, spa, and gym are fantastic.
