All around cheap. Rent cheap, utilities cheap, maintenance cheap. You'll get what you pay for.

Decent Place for Decent Rate

Pretty ok place for the price and distance to Temple if you're a student. I have had some issues with getting repairs done but other than that not many complaints.

Overall i think the apartment was good, location was close to cecil b which is overall good.

Decent Place for Decent Rate

Perfectly fine place, good for the monthly price. Close to a grocery store and the subway. 5 minute walk from Temple. Little bodega right on the corner. There is a small lot that sometimes has parking, but if not street parking isn't too hard to find nearby. We did have a leak in our ceiling at one point, but W Living and their maintenance provider responded quickly. Always have very professional interactions.
