Love the home and location. Do not like that rent is raised every single year... even during COVID shutdown. One year it was raised twice in the same year... once for rent and the second for water, sewer, and trash. Also initial entries given were all taken away gradually. Kids are loud, and play in the parking lot and other residents areas, causing damage to cars and personal property.

Marilyn R Triple Crown needs to be an advocate with the HOA for Piccadilly tenants. Whenever we have an outside issue, we're told to call the HOA, and then nothing is done. Our most impacting issue is the trash bins which have been forced on us. We've been told to store them behind our homes, but has anyone in management or the HOA noticed how implausible that is? Some of us can hide the bins behind bushes, but that's not a choice for most of us. The bushes outside my house were "cut" down several years ago, but the stumps remain. Requests were made to the HOA for a remedy, but nothing was ever done

We live here with rent increasing every year. We live here without access to amenities. We live here and practically have to beg for maintenance to keep our homes functioning. And even then, they come begrudgingly like we owe them something more than our rent. We live here without any contact from the company except for the occasional letter reminder, and texts letting us know of activities at other locations and when/ how to pay the obscene rent. We live here and we're told to correspond with the HOA that has absolutely nothing to do with the property management, i can only contact said HOA through Facebook, also another company with no affiliation with the property management. We live here without access to outside USPS, or delivery recepticals. We basically live here and we receive absolutely no benefits. TCC is so preoccupied with the aesthetics and curb appeal and completely ignore the structural integrity of their property. I've lived here three years and it's only recently, that interest has been taken in the property by management. If we can get together and count balls in a jar at another property, we should be able to at least use the gym at no cost.
