review
When I first moved in, there was only one dog waste trash can, and now there are two, which is an improvement. However, given the size of the community, I believe there should be more to better accommodate residents with pets.
Thin walls and no amentites
The walls are extemely thin and you can hear everything your neighbor does.

Better than most! ?? Responsive, committed to cleanliness and safety, maintenance has been helpful when called. I would recommrnd this community to others. The only down side is the strictness on smaller pets. My kiddos want something caged. Not a deal breaker of course
Great Place to Live
I've lived here for almost a year and a half and have fully enjoyed my time here. Very nice spacious layout, conveniently located, great appliances, reasonably priced, and best of all, gas heating and stove. I am the first tenant to occupy my unit. New construction always has a few problems, but the rapid response of the maintenance staff, and I'm talking same day almost every time, has been amazing. Everyone I've dealt with here, the property manager and her staff, and the maintenance crew is friendly and professional, I'm a happy camper.
Shear Disappointment
This complex is aesthetically nice from a distance but up close and personal there is not much to be desired. The walls are paper thin, and the quality of materials used does not match the amount they are asking for rent. The customer service and front office has been reduced to voicemail and no callbacks. I can see this development being marketed to a whole different economic demographic due to these issues and a few bad apples.
