We believe that being pet-friendly is a “must-have” in apartment home living. Take comfort in knowing we welcome your smallest pet or even your largest pet, guaranteeing no weight restrictions.  For dogs, breed restrictions do apply. There is a two-pet maximum per home. We require a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the 1st pet and $250 for the 2nd pet, due at move-in. Monthly pet rent is $25 per authorized pet. A pet screening profile with PetScreening is required for each animal. Pet(s) must be “on a leash” at all times when outside of the apartment and our residents and guests are required to clean up after their pet(s). I enjoy my apartment and building layout. My only concern is the possibility of a high rent increase versus the current apartment amenities. I am fearful that any future rent increases may exceed the current amenities. Washington Court Apartments does not compare with Lafayette Towers regarding aforementioned. Gym, security, meeting room/area, etc. That being said, I still much prefer Washington Court. Respectfully submitted. Happy New Year to all. Thank you.

I love living here, far better than the West Ward of Easton I have resided here for over three years I love the management staff and maintenance crew I love the ability to sit out in my little dugout and enjoy the scenery, neighbors, kids, rabbits, dog walkers, etc. and watch my TV, with a fine cigar and beverage. That being said; I NEED THAT ABILITY TO GRILL OR BBQ. COMMUNITY GRILL OR THE ABILITY TO DO SO, PLEASE. I AM TOTALLY SERIOUS. LOL

Nice place for a single middle aged man like myself...i've been here 12 years but the rent increases in the past 2 years have been ridiculous considering the current state of the economy and job market. Not sure how the building owners expect good residents to remain here at these price hikes or maybe they just don't care about the general welfare of their long-term tennants....I will probably be looking for more affordable housing in the upcoming year.
