great location

such a great location with so many great places to eat and things to do nearby; the apartments are very spacious and resonably priced. maitenance does take a while to fix some things but they always end up getting fixed.

Great accomadation

I love the community in this facilty. Everyone is very pleasant and say hi to one another. The facility looks great. However, the lounge with the pool table have broken pool sticks and unutilizable. Other wise the facility is great to live.

Accessibility

The leasing office is almost always difficult to reach on phone. Voice mails too are usually not returned. A lot of improvement is needed there. The printers in the common room need to be maintained regularly.
