Great accomadation
I love the community in this facilty. Everyone is very pleasant and say hi to one another. The facility looks great. However, the lounge with the pool table have broken pool sticks and unutilizable. Other wise the facility is great to live.

Accessibility
The leasing office is almost always difficult to reach on phone. Voice mails too are usually not returned. A lot of improvement is needed there. The printers in the common room need to be maintained regularly.

Life at Lafayette Towers
I have lived here almost 30 years and am very happy here.. The staff and maintenance people are the best, always there to help. There are many friendly helpful people living here/ A number of us meet daily to talk in the Cafe. There is a library if you want books to read and also a TV to watch and a pool table to play with friends.
