Good apartments
I've lived here since 2020, and switched apartments last year. It's a great community and great modern apartments. It's clean, safe, and maintained well. Good location and great customer service in the office.

Expect better quality
Needs powerwash bricks on patio is a must. Whoever was responsible for cleaning and maintenance to the apt before moving in cur alot of corners. Nd the appliances r cheap for how expeaivw rhis place costs. The doors r hollow. Thr cabner doors get loose. After opening them nd i have to tighten them frequently $1700+ a month we should have high end cabbita ceilingfanslights Parking could be better

Enjoyable place to live
We're happy to have found Meetinghouse Apartments. The campus is clean and maintenance is responsive. It is located next to a freight rail, so that does cause a bit of noise throughout the day and night. It doesn't bother us, but it might to some.
