We’re close to Monocacy Park to walk your dog and explore the area. Bonus, you can train Fido off leash here as well. Cat Fee – $200 fee $30 monthly fee. Dog Fee – $350 fee $40 monthly fee. No more than a total of two pets permitted per apartment. Dog Breed Restrictions Apply. All residents and applicants are required to complete a PetScreening application. This application is required for pet and animal owners and applicants who do not own a pet or animal. Easy Living
In the approximately year and a half living here we've enjoyed the experience greatly. A friendly staff eager to provide for comfort, enjoyable activities and events to gather the residents together makes for an atmosphere quite beyond our expectations. Anyone interested in downsizing or needing a temporary living facility because of a job change, home renovation, college enrollment, etc. would be hard pressed to find a better place than Saucon View Apartments.
Property location, staff and maintenance are fantastic
Property location is perfect, staff are absolutely wonderful, maintenance is fantastic, but the property could use an update to be more modern both inside halls and apartments, along with security keypads to enter buildings like all of the newer Communities are offering.
