We’re close to Monocacy Park to walk your dog and explore the area. Bonus, you can train Fido off leash here as well. Cat Fee – $200 fee $30 monthly fee. Dog Fee – $350 fee $40 monthly fee. No more than a total of two pets permitted per apartment. Dog Breed Restrictions Apply.Ā  All residents and applicants are required to complete a PetScreening application. This application is required for pet and animal owners and applicants who do not own a pet or animal. PetScreening is a platform designed to help our residents fully understand and acknowledge our pet and animal-related policies.

Going on four years since we moved in, It's been a great experience, Other tenants are friendly and keep up with the requirements associated with living here which makes for a pleasant environment. I would certainly recommend Saucon View apartments for anyone interested in short-term or long-term residence.
