- As a pet-friendly community, we want your four-legged family member to feel right at home. Walking distance to Saucon Rail Trail and Hellertown’s Water Street Park. We’re close to Monocacy Park to walk your dog and explore the area. Bonus, you can train Fido off leash here as well. Cat Fee – $200 fee $30 monthly fee. Dog Fee – $350 fee $40 monthly fee. No more than one dog is permitted and no more than a total of two pets permitted per apartment. Dog Breed Restrictions Apply. View our pet policy.

The complex is very clean and neat. However, the people upstairs (5 of them in the apartment plus a dog) can be very noisy walking around. Would suggest that you invest in better padding and thicker carpeting in any apartments that are above another apartment.
Wonderful community
Thoroughly enjoy living at Saucon View. Apartments are lovely, it us quiet, maintenance is quick and reliable. Melissa and Gary make it so easy! Area is safe and convenient to services and commuting. I recommend living here forever!
