We’re close to Wright Veterinary Medical Center, and the Christmas City Veterinary Hospital for emergencies or annual checkups. We’re also close to Monocacy Park to walk your dog and explore the area. View our pet policy below and give pet-friendly Pointe North a call today! As a pet-friendly community, we want your four-legged family member to feel right at home so we have two bark parks available for them to enjoy. Cat Fee – $200 fee $30 monthly fee. Dog Fee – $350 fee $40 monthly fee. No more than a total of two pets permitted per apartment. Dog Breed Restrictions Apply. All residents and applicants are required to complete a PetScreening application. This application is required for pet and animal owners and applicants who do not own a pet or animal. PetScreening is a platform designed to help our residents fully understand and acknowledge our pet and animal-related policies.
