You can bring up to two pets! Please note, there is a $50 monthly pet fee that will be added to your bill. We also have a 50 pound weight limit per pet. You can also start your application by choosing your desired floor plan below so our team can begin the review process. During this step, we complete: Verification of income (monthly gross income must be at least three times the rent; for example, if rent is $1,300, income should be at least $3,900 per month before taxes). Standard background check. Credit screening. If you do not meet the income requirement, ask about our Guarantor Program as another way to qualify.
