Lived here for almost two years. Pros: Great amount of space for the price in this area. The actual complex is way nicer than the surrounding areas. The apartments look nice inside. Cons: There is a good amount of litter around the complex. There are not enough parking spaces. People aren't always respectful about rules regarding parking and smoking. Can hear neighbors sometimes, but usually not too loud. The train yard can be a little noisy at times, but it is not too bad. Things fall apart in the apartments, like the fridge door fell off after about a year, and I saw that it was just taped on. The dryer takes three cycles to be able to dry towels. The dryer, in general, is just bad. Have had issues with work requests when we first moved in, but have not had much trouble since.
