Happy Friendly Camper
I’ve lived her for about 3 years now after becoming a first time renter and I am a very keep to myself kind of person. When I need something, the office has always kindly helped me reach a end result. Ive read a bunch of reviews and tbh it all comes down to kindness. Sandra is such a wonderful office staff and I treat her how I want to be treated and we have a equal give and take relationship as renter and staff. She is personable, respectful and approachable. The maintenance guys are awesome! Many fail to be open minded and realize that environments don’t creat themselves and I do my part in making sure my living situation is smooth as pie with the right communication between me and the office. Its a lovely area with great available on site amenities as well as local spots to eat. I recommend anyone who frequently travels throughout the ABE to live here. Thank you to the staff for making my experience here wonderful because i am someones daughter, sister, niece and friend and living alone they want me to feel safe. Thats just what I feel here safe. Thank you!

Only complaint is the walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor's tv/conversations

I am living here for about one here. It is a great community. L like my apartment. My neighbors are very kind. The area is very quiet. I will recommend it to my friends.
2024 review
Parking: Spaces are too small. There should be two parking spots for a two bedroom & one spot for a one bedroom in front of the buildings Staff: Sandy & Tim are great to work with. They are friendly and always try to help out as much as they can. Raga has done a nice job at getting the driveways fixed. However, she does a poor job of getting to know her residents and the reputation they have to problem solve conflicts when they arise. She appears to assume quickly without getting to know the entire story. Also, her demenour is poor when issues are brought to her attention. Amenities: its nice to have a small gym but the equipment is definitely outdated. Also, there is no point of paying for lockers when packages are not being put in them and being thrown around the “community center”. The community center isn’t a community center, its a mail room.
