Pretty good place
Neighborhood is great, parking can be a bit tricky at times but generally not bad. Maintenance has always been quick. My only complaint is the valet trash which we do not use but are forced to pay for.
Quiet and very functional
I moved in merely days ago and so far so good. The entire staff seem to be friendly and courteous, always willing to assist. The place is kept clean and my few requsts have been followed up on relatively quickly. I would like to see a bit more follow up on direct requests however, that are made directly to the staff in the office. This would be very nice as onlly a couple times a requst was not completed nor followed up on. Other than that all is well.
