Garbage and recycling area

I cannot believe how many days I have encountered a terrible mess in this area. People just carelessly dumping their garbage and/or discards in this area. Some days you can hardly walk in the door for the garbage and junk left by tenants and/or former tenants. Something needs to be done to clean up this mess. I am sick of it!!!!!

Parking is the only issue on the river side of the complex.

This is a great place to live. Great staff members. Great Maintenance staff as well. Only problem is parking for non carport cars on the riverside of the complex. I know there is not much they can do to increase parking I understand but truly frustrating. Everything else is great. Nice place

Great Maintenance Team and Office Staff

I am really grateful and happy because the maintenance team with Josh and Justin did a great job in my patio. The rain water was getting stock in my patio, so I was unable to use my patio for any purposes due to the wetness and humidity. I called the office and San and Scott called maintenance to resolve the issue. The maintenance team did an awesome job and quick. Thank you guys. I really appreciate it!!!!
