I love everything about this complex. the parking is ample, it's quiet, my neighbors are awesome, the staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help me meet my needs,

We have been loosing the community benefits, that we use to have 3 years ago. Part of why we choose to move here. Exterior grounds are not maintained as well. Access to recreation center, after hours, for private use. Office phone, always goes to messages, not directly answered. Calls not returned. Newer residents not vetted , as to their past history. So more issues of fighting, noise, untrained dogs of every size. Trash around their units, which were kept clean before. Now have more police being called, for personal fighting. Excessive noise coming from them after hours.
