There definitely isnt wnough guest parking here considering you make tennats pay to have parking by the building which is crazy. If parking isnt included within you rent there should be more than ample parking available for those who dont want to pay the extra fee along with guests for anyone who lives here

I've lived her for over a year, and while the maintenance team consistently does their best under pressure, the overall management experience has been disappointing. Requests often go ignored or are delayed without clear communication, and the property feels neglected in many ways- both physically and energetically. There's a distinct lack of care and responsiveness from those in charge, which affects the entire atmosphere of the community. One ongoing concern is the complete lack of enforcement around the non-smoking policy. Certain residents consistently smoke in prohibited areas, often leaving cigarette butts in dry grass and creating a serious fire hazard. Despite multiple complaints, this issue remains unaddressed-putting everyone at risk. That said, the maintenance crew deserves recognition- they respond as quickly as they can and always show up with professionalism, even though they're clearly limited by poor upper management decisions. I wouldn't currently recommend living here unless there's a major shift in leadership and accountability. Residents deserve safety, respect, and a clean, peaceful living environment- and sadly, those basic expectations are not being met.

Overall we have had a great experience. Its in a great location, it is kept up well, and it has great amenities. Tge only real issue we have had is when someone parked in our assigned parking location. It took over a day to get them removed from it.

We have lived at Canyon Creek for approximately 3 years. The experience overall has been fine. It seems lately that the maintenance of the nature trails has gone down significantly which is a bummer, and there is a lot of smoking on the property, which isn't supposed to be allowed. It's mostly quiet. The staff is fine enough to communicate with for the most part. It is expensive for what is offered. They put in gas grills around the property for people to use, but are now charging us for the gas fees which is annoying, considering people often leave the propane tanks to drain so there is never propane when we want to use the grills, but we still have to pay for other people's actions. The pool area is nice but is closed often during the summer, and closes after Labor day weekend, which is annoying since it has been quite hot for the whole month of September the past few years. Overall it's fine enough to live here, but there is definitely room for improvement.
