We have lived here for about six months. Google reviews are pretty accurate. Mold is an issue because the windows feel like single panes. Parking is the worst. We live in a one-bedroom so we get one assigned spot. All the visitor spots are always taken. If you don't get off before everyone else good luck finding a spot after work. Maintenance does the trick and is friendly. It's supposed to be a non-smoking community but it's an apartment complex... you can still smell cigarettes and weed sometimes. The rent price isn't too bad compared to the local area. Overall it's a typical apartment complex, there are some minor issues but it's livable.

Haven at Charbonneau

Has been a good experience so far. The unit could have been better prepared upon move-in. There was some dist and grime and some maintenance issues that were not dealt with that I am still waiting to be fixed. Good community with nice water features. The freeway noise is unavoidable but the units are well insulated and dull the traffic noise a decent amount.

Could be better

Parking situation is an absolute nightmare. One designated spot per unit and then fighting for a visitor spot if more than one person has a car in the unit. Spots fill up like crazy and i’ve often had to park on the complete opposite side of the complex to avoid being towed.

Mostly living here is fine without much bother. I don't like having to pay for a trash pick up service when they are so overly picking up removing the garbage bag. That really is my only issue living here. The office is quick to respond to my concerns and the maintenance team has greatly improved.

Flori is awesome!

I wanted to leave a brief review for Flori. He’s really wonderful and works very hard, he always goes above and beyond! He’s very thorough and precise, and gets the jobs done in a very timely manner! I just wanted to leave a review for management because I’m sure the maintenance crew doesn’t get enough praise for the work they do!
