Requested plug in for electric needs in garage which I pay for and nothing is done after paying for part of last month and today, 02/11/23. Also, maintenance on door to water heater not fixed. Previous maintenance requests were done fairly prompt, but lately am not get requests met.
It is great
So far so good. Love the atmosphere. Chloe is always willing to help when needed. Neighbors are very friendly.
Great location and community
The Charbonneau community is a great place to live. It’s beautiful and feels safe. However, parking js extremely limited and can be frustrating. The units themselves, the ones that have not been updated, are in disrepair and need some TLC
