Hi, I moved from Lake Oswego almost a year ago and am very impressed. I feel safe and appreciate how well maintained/clean the grounds are, twice I needed after hours Maintenance support (electrical & bathroom,) their response was quick and efficient. The office team is friendly and professional, they keep our community updated with friendly reminders regarding events and rules, that help keep a sense of order. My home has an open concept, vaulted ceilings, nice sized deck and a fireplace. Great walking paths that allow a short walk above the Willamette river, Community center, Lux Sucre a Bakery & Café and Golf course. Local Farms are only a short drive away, when was the last time you walked through an Orchard of Peach and Nectarines, gathered fresh TOMATOES and Blueberries? Are you a bird lover? Look for Ducks (ducklings,) Eagles, Ospreys, Blue herons, Hummingbirds, Vultures and of course the Canadian's show up. ?? Cheers!
I'm a little disasters but still love the place
Surprises there is no microwave or air conditioning

My family and I are new to the community and have thus far never been so excited to live here. The staff here have been very helpful and friendly making our process easy and not stressful at all. They are quick to answer any questions via Email or a simple phone call. There is also enough parking for both my husband and I. The amenities this complex has is by far the most I have ever had in any apartment I’ve rented before.
Great Apartment Complex
I have lived at Haven at Charbonneau for 1.5 years and absolutely love it. The neighborhood is great for walking and very quiet/safe. I love the dog park, hot tub/pool and the gym is okay. I wish the bedroom was a bit bigger. I can't much more than a full-sized bed and dresser. Love the pond/ducks! Overall, a great place to live and wonderful staff/maintenance.
