I dont have anything to compare since i was a home owner previously. I sometimes leave at 5 in the morning and the pot smell is bad. When i drive into the complex the pot smell is thick. My apt shakes several times a day and has knocked candlesticks off my shelves.

good place to live but lots of dog poop

I've been here about 9 months and I really like it, but I wish the neighbors were more respectful about cleaning up their dog poop.
