Las Flores is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community that requires all residents to meet certain income eligibility criteria. Our community has 171 apartment homes for households and individuals with incomes falling under 30% and under 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Of those 171 homes, 29 homes are set aside - 9 for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), 8 for Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH), and 12 for Agriculture Workforce Housing Tax Credit. A referral from a specific social service organization may be required for eligibility. Consult with property management if you have questions or need information on income requirements and the waitlist process. This property has more than one floor plan design per unit type. It's rough with all the maintenance and no assigned parking
Its going okay, havent been here long so there isnt much to say. It would be nice if there were instructions on how to use the HVAC. We cant keep our apartment going because we cant figure out how to turn the fan completely off
