Peaceful Surroundings

Parking is great, just needs bigger ramps for walkers or wheelchairs. Non smoking grounds are enforced well. Very quiet, and kid friendly. The staff is stretched thin but they do a great job! Since we moved in maintenance has has not been a problem at all. The only thing is storage is lacking. More shelving and maybe closet organizers installed is very needed. Fire places just take up wall room as you cannot use them. Also there is not enough plug- ins. Windows are definitely only and leaky. So be prepared for stray smells, and you will have to weatherize prior to winter. Overall, I have lived in way way worse, and payed way more.

Not so great

So, it’s forcing me to do a review. So here it is... I really didn’t like how you said you were going to change the toilet tank and then changed the whole toilet bowl. It’s much smaller and uncomfortable. Now I have to doubt the work you will do every time you enter my place and I don’t trust you.
