Located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and bus lines, Rosewood Terrace is located on Pearl Street between Mollala Road and Lynn Avenue. There are multiple walking trails in the area surrounding our apartment community for those who enjoy getting outside. I have lived here along time. It has no play are for kids.

Good place for adults

I have lived here many years. It use to have 3 playgrounds for kids. Now it has none. Kids play in parking lot and sometimes scratch cars with bikes, sticks etc. Would be nice if they had place to play.
