All staff that I have meet are very nice, knowledgeable, informative. Maintainable came to make adjustments and I was expecting parts, box & packaging pieces. What I found was almost no trace that they were there, except the adjustment I asked about. Every question that's been asked has been answered and or explained. Being a second time tenant in my life, and a first time Oregonian tenant there are ALOT of differences and they have been ever so kind about walking me through everyone of my many questions, including the mailboxes. Mine is not facing the road, i didnt see my numbers. So Jessica went out, found it and described it so I knew there were boxes on both sides of the mailboxes and there was no sarcasm or negative, just a very nice description. I leave early and return late from work and it's dark. I didnt notice the boxes on both sides. My brother would say that my blonde was showing, but not Jessica. Thank you so much for making this very stressful move much less stressful. You are a wonderful team.

It’s good here at the apartment just neighbors are honestly disrespectful especially at night time when it’s quiet time they are loud and nosey no matter much you ask them to please be quiet and parking people think they can park where they want even with a number instead of going to the visitor parking spots
