Livable and Affordable

I've lived here for nearly a year and overall it's been a decent experience. When I moved in, the apartment was "clean," but I wouldn't say it was quite "move-in ready." However, I accepted its condition because I rushed the staff to find me a place only days after applying and being accepted. Despite the state in which I moved in, the staff has always been nice and accommodating, and have not presented any issues to me. There are still a few things wrong inside of my apartment that were supposed to be fixed within weeks of my moving in, but obviously I'm able to live with them (though I really would like them fixed). Aside from the parking situation, all of the neighbors seem to be respectful of each other, and very rarely cause any disturbances (I'm sure my dog barks when I'm away, so I appreciate the grace they give me). All in all, I think this a nice place to live, and though it may not have the bells and whistles some other places may have, it's a pleasant, consistent, and affordable community to live in. I do recommend it to friends, and often mention how grateful I am to have found Campbell Park.
