The Apartments are good but the rent is to high.

Living her has been great, but rent has went up. I been here 3 years. Last management was not good at all for how much people pay in rent. Parking could be better, and when we have Ice and snow the resident was told that management doesn't clear the parking lots for tenants. Things should be better for the tenants.

Great location

Great property with nice features in a prime location. Views worth the rent. Only downside is changing staff but that seems to be an issue industry wide so it is hard to know the people working here

Review

Parking isn’t very good but it’s ok compared to other apartments. Maintenance is fairly timely and the guys are nice. Never have any issues with staff, all are friendly. I can always hear what my neighbors are doing and people walking the streets at night. I’ve heard a few fights and the cops have come, but apartments in general are getting bad. There is a gym but it’s never clean. Garbage is always over flowing. I’ve found weed and cigarette butts inside. Things that get left stay there for weeks. There are kids play areas but often too much poop around to let my daughter play. - This has been a lot better this last month though so hopefully some bad people moved or there’s a new system.
