I have lived here for 10 years with my 2 children....during that time I have had maintenance needs, billing questions, and safety concerns. And every time I have had a concern or question, I am met with a friendly, problem solving, and courteous approach.

Lived here for 5 years, maintenance and staff very helpful when needed. Would be nice if some owners would pickup after their dogs and dispose correctly.

Lived here for a few months so far. The apartment is in very good condition and the gym, pool, and common space are great to have. Limited parking spaces if you own multiple vehicles, and no covered parking. Can be a little noisy out at night but that's how it is in the city/suburbs.
