Been living here about five years. Quiet, close to where I need to go in Gresham. Neighbors are friendly but not overbearing. Great place to live.

Pool is closed more than open. Rent too high for what you get. Lots of broken car windows and homeless.

We've had so me maintenance issues since moving in but the major ones have been fixed right away. A few others are still outstanding after several months. We have a lot of space comparatively to more convenient locations for the prices. I feel like they are competitive for the current market however very overpriced like everything else is right now. Staff has been pleasant to work with. Knowing that they are under some changes and that there is a lot on their plate. There is a lot of noise in the evenings, and it isn't the cleanest complex but no major grievances on our end.

I’ve lived here 9 years. For the most part it has been amazing. In the last few years there have been so many changes with office staff that things have been getting overlooked. The screening process has obviously changed as well. It doesn’t seem nearly as safe feeling as it has been in the past.
