Good place to live could be better

I have been here for over a year. Pros: clean unit and it's isolated from neighbor noise through walls plus it's in a great location. Cons: maintenance takes a long time to fix anything and the gym is extremely non functional.

The landscaping here is a miss, none of the plants are rated for this climate. Also, the makers space is underutilized. Perhaps if this became bike storage it would make more sense. Everything here is fine just not enough vegetation or character. Little bland.

No communication and broken promises

We were promised that construction on the clubhouse and gym would be completed in July, a month after we moved in. It is still ongoing….very loud as well. Parking is a joke and we were forced to park on the street 95% of the time. Kishon the property manager needs to resign. He has zero communication and interest in tenants. He will just ignore you until you bother him enough for something to be done when an issue arrises. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to live in Bend at a more reasonable price

It's not done

I live in an active construction site. I wake up to diesel engines 10 feet from my head every morning. I was told that amenities would be finished in June, but I'm paying september rent and there's no sign of progress. Parking is usually filled by contractor trucks, and there is frequently trash (plastic, drywall, nails/screws/staples) left all over. Other folks have been living in these conditions for more than a year. There is no where near enough trash capacity for the apartments, so the dumpster area is always filled with garbage. Our kitchen is missing a backsplash and the cabinets are poorly aligned. My bathroom fan doesn't seem to be connected. If I don't wake up from the contractors, then I will wake up from the freight trains that run about 200 yards away, or the highway 300 yards away, or the lumber mill next door. My rent is exorbitant, and it's just not worth it. And they're making me write a review before I can pay my rent.
