First month thoughts!
We have lived here for about the past month or so and have really enjoyed our apartment and all the communities! The entire property is absolutely gorgeous. There are a few work orders we are waiting to submit until everything is more packed away and settled but they are all very minor things that are not at all urgent. We did have to submit some serious noise complaints within the first couple weeks but luckily the apartments in question seemed to have overall have quieted down a lot.
Living at Montevista community
I have lived here since Fall 2015 and I enjoy working with the Staff to make a homey environment. They always listen, and the best part of living here is that I feel safe.

Great location! The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend living at Monte Vista Apartments.

Close, but not quite...
I was initially charmed by the excellent staff and beautiful website images. I still love living here, but that is because the grounds are beautiful and I live in a building with relatively quieter neighbors. The apartment is nice, but not really worth the higher price as compared with other area apartments, as they are older and thus are lower quality in some areas. This is what I get when I needed to rent an apartment sight-unseen that accepted 3 pets, though. Beggars can't be choosers, and I still think I lucked out with this one given my circumstances.
