The laundry room washer/dryers need to be replaced with new washer & dryers some have out of order for weeks and are outdated.

My Apartment is haunted and my bathroom heater still hasn't been. I made the request that it be fix last month

Bad maintenance and management

Washers in the wash room don't spin out the water out of the clothes in the finishing cycle and I have complained about them since 2015 and nothing has been done about it. Maintenance doesn't answer work order requests. There's roomers that management is not doing a good job and I agree but I don't know if we have new management now.

Parking lot can be with no space for residents to park

It’s great location to live in but but getting a parking spot can be difficult at night with no space left

Could be better

Laundry rooms hardly ever work. Since 2020 the club house hasn’t been opened back up. The other amenities are not working very often. The maintenance does respond quickly but not everything gets fixed. The staff is friendly most of the time. We need to replace somethings for the residents instead of just making the outside look good. I am happy with how the outside looks. Plus, the cost of my apartment is a pretty good value if the amenities worked.
