Nice place to live, but nearly every building code is behind the times. Apartments built around the mid 1970's. RENT IS OUT OF CONTROL. FIXED INCOME PEOPLE WILL BECOME HARDSHIP. RENT GOES UP EVERY YEAR & FOR THIS YEAR $214 A MONTH MORE IS INSANE. THAT MEANS LESS FOOD & MEDS, BUT WE ARE NOT ALONE IN THIS!

Thr staff do a great job maintaining property and reaponding back to you. Nice but snall fir price of units and getting difficult to aggitf for single parebts as utilities get higher and new fees seem to keep getting added.

RENT IS WAY TO EXTREAM, ESPECIALLY FOR THE DISABLE WHO IS LIVING ONLY SSD. OUR BUDGET IS FIXED, YET COST OF LIVING IS INSANE FOR ALL OF US! ALSO THE RENT FOR AN AGING FACILITY IS SAD! ELECTRICAL, WATER PIPES (BAD TASTING WATER), SHARED SEWER LINES, VERY POOR INSULATION. SOME OF THESE ISSUES ARE BELOW CODE. ALSO THERE SEEMS TO BE A MONOPOLY WHEN IT COMES TO CABLE/INTERNET!! COMCAST IS IT & THEY ARE OUTRAGEOUS PRICES! WE ARE SHUT INS DUE TO OUR DISABILITIES & T.V. IS ONLY WAY TO SEE THE WORLD. I CONFIRMED THERE IS FIBER OPTICS ALL AROUND US !!
