Almost zero amenities here… constantly changing managers too. The rent is increased every year for by 100$. This place isn’t worth it if you can afford better. A tiny gym is all they offered in six years. So choose wisely before moving in. Also, noise levels are very bad I heard others say the same….

I have lived here for almost 7yrs and I love it here. The rent rises periodically, but due to the convience and a small Apt complex,it makes up for some of the inconveniences. I lovey Office manager and Maintenance Director. They are very nice and welcoming and helpful.
