We are going on 8 weeks without a working dishwasher. I have been more than patient I spoke with the manager, Jessica, this morning. Her response was, "Well, I can't pull a dishwasher out of thin air, can I"? I was furious. I pay my rent, 1,816 not including utilities and add ons. A dishwasher is included in that value. The maintenance guy, who is excellent, told me there are no good dishwashers in the empty units to swap out and they can't just order a new one. SO, if you move here, expect to pay at least $1800 and not have a working dishwasher. Expect management to be super kind and attentive as you tour. Once you are in, and you have a problem, they are snotty, condescending and show zero customer service skills. Or, maybe they just don't like me as I expect to much?

Unfortunately, management is severely lacking in customer service skills and basic property knowledge. They charge for everything you never would think of and don't upgrade or upkeep the property.

Property is way overpriced. They charge for everything including some fees they don't tell you are not necessary. They don't enforce Property rules, getting help from management is like pulling teeth. Pool is never cleaned and at the time of writing this has alge growing in both the spa and pool.
