I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. The biggest issue is the complete lack of enforcement when it comes to resident disturbances. Nearly every weekend there are parties that become loud and out of control involving numerous physcial altercations, often lasting until early morning. Multiple calls to the security company have resulted in little to no assistance, with security frequently stating they are "too busy" to respond. The leasing office is aware of these ongoing issues but has failed to provide any meaningful solutions. Security and access control are also major concerns. The entrance gates have never functioned properly during my time here. Because the gates remain open or broken, people can come and go at all hours. At one point, a homeless individual was sleeping in the outdoor lanai area nightly for almost a week. The broken gates have also contributed to another ongoing problem: the trash compactor area has become a dumping ground for moving trucks and non-residents. Overflowing trash and large discarded items are common sights, making the property look neglected. Amenities are another disappointment. The hot tub has been out of service for at least two summers. Management always seems to have an excuse for why it isn't working, but there is never a permanent solution or timeline for repair. Overall, management appears much better at explaining problems than fixing them. Residents deserve a safe, quiet, and well-maintained community, and unfortunately this property consistently falls short of those expectations.

Very disappointed with communication with the office. I sent an email which went unresponded to. This resulted in me having a late fee for pay rent even though I had set up auto pay from the first day. Breezeways are always filthy, and general noise is pretty bad. Barking dogs night and day. Traffic constantly. And as I said there's nothing luxurious about Sonoma luxury apartments except maybe the price.

Bailey is horrible and the office manager, they are awful and have no compassion for people and I hope their families experience the horrible treatment that they have endured on others

I came back to this company as I loved the previous property but management was an issue. Since moving into Sonoma Grande apartments Bailey and her team have done nothing but go above and beyond to ensure the moving transition was as smooth as possible. They never make me feel like a burden and are always happy to help, the property is beautiful! The small issues I have had were remedied within 12 hours or less. I can not say that for any other property ever! Keep up the great work, thank you for making my home life as peaceful as possible!
