Been here in this community since 2011. Great place to live. Been a few changes in personnel but all staff have been exceptional. Top notch, miss the old but love and respect the new.

Albany Commons Luxury Apartments

Albany Commons is a Beautiful Luxury Gated Community situated at the very edge of the exclusive Village of New Albany. It is a quiet residential area. I have lived here over 10 years. The management staff is exceptional, they are caring, friendly and very efficient staff. The maintenance crew and grounds crew are efficient, there is 24-hour Emergency Maintenance Service. The community grounds are beautifully maintained floral landscapes and hanging flower baskets. Although they are apartments, in many ways it is very much like living in a luxury Condo Community. Albany Commons has several specious floor plans that are 1 or 2 bedroom ranch style apartments, 2 bedroom apartments have 2 full baths. ample closet and storage. Washers and dryers in units. Some have 1 or 2 car attached garages with openers, detached garages lots of on site parking. Allocated Handicap Parking and Ramps. Vaulted ceilings. Some are cottage style with a large covered front porch. Fully furnished Corporate units are available. The community has beautifully maintained grounds. There is community swimming pool, fitness center, and party house. It is a pet friendly community with two dog parks (Bark Park), a walking path and pet stations. Many people walk daily so you start to know each other. Many people who live here find they feel so at home and love it here so much that they tend to continue to live in Albany Commons for many years.

Quiet location, close to New Albany, Westerville, Easton, etc. Staff is friendly and responsive. Good value for the price.
